INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS. Montana Mapping, GPS, & Hunting Services (MGHS) has made known to you, the User, and User acknowledges notice that data may contain known/unknown errors and inconsistencies. Any Conclusions drawn from such data are the responsibility of the User.

Montana MGHS provides no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of furnished data, and disclaims all merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the User to use the data appropriately and within the limitations of geospatial data in general, and these data in particular. It is your responsibility to use this product prudently and visually verify boundaries, roads, and streets. This product should not be used for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, or location.

In no event will Montana MGHS, or any agency providing data to this site, be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or other damages suffered by the user or any other person or entity whether from use or distribution of the product, any failure thereof or otherwise.

Map Updates

Maps will be updated at least once a year and made available to previous customers at a reduced price. Land ownership may change at any time. Public land may be bought or sold. More often than not, public land is bought rather than sold, however, there are some instances where public land is sold. Customers are advised to compare the latest paper maps to the GPS map and/or confirm current boundaries with local BLM or Fish and Game officials. Always obey property line postings and use common sense to visually verify boundaries.



This software is provided 'as-is', without any expressed or implied warranty, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author(s) be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possiblility of such damages, or they are foreseeable). The author(s) are also not responsible for claims by a third party. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

The accuracy of the data used to create these maps varies greatly. These maps are to be used for reference purposes only. The author(s) are not responsible for any inaccuracies and no responsibility is assumed for damages or other liabilities due to the accuracy, availability, use or misuse of the data presented.



This License is the entire agreement between us, superseding any other agreement or discussions, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a signed agreement.
